Our adventure in Middle-Earth continues on the South Island. After a beautiful but windy ferry crossing we landed on the South Island in Picton. We spent the first few days in a luxurious spa on the coast. This is a view from our balcony.
Debbie spent the first day of a new decade testing her mortality in an effort to get to a better view. It was worth it!
